 Trifolium, in partnership with a Cable and Wireless (CWI) team, designed and implemented the Customer Information Services System (CISS) to provision and administer their Global Intelligent Virtual Network (GIVN) services. This system takes orders for international dial-plans and distributes the pieces out to a Nortel phone switch and several internal systems (billing, provisioning, etc.). Extremely large in scope, the system includes Orbix servers on Solaris, and Visual C++ GUI's.
CWI was responsible for overall project management, requirements definition, hardware and network infrastructure implementation, software procurement and licensing, and systems deployment.
Trifolium transferred technical expertise to the CWI team to allow for ongoing design and work sustained by CWI.
