Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation (CAHEC)
 CAHEC selected Trifolium to develop and implement a custom web application that manages their low-income tax credit syndication business process. This application will dramatically improve CAHEC's operational efficiency and productivity through superior analysis and reporting, ultimately improving and expediting CAHEC's customer service.
CAHEC is a non-profit organization focused on managing investor dollars in qualified low-income housing tax credit projects. Responding to increased competition and more stringent government oversight, CAHEC has implemented a custom web-based application to manage the process of funding and underwriting projects.
Developed by Trifolium, this new application replaced CAHEC's manual spreadsheet-based process with an integrated system utilizing web-based access to a relational database to implement their complex financial business processes. Investors and regulating agencies are able to view investment status reports online, and CAHEC is better able to monitor the development of properties, insuring that they remain in compliance with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
